I was absolutely thrilled when I found out I was chosen to design the artwork for an upcoming concert for The Weeknd. He is currently one of my favourite artists and has been gaining global appeal as of lately with his edgy R&B.
I was given only 48hrs and two album cover photos to work with. I thought re-creating the look and feel of his album cover would be a great way to help the material stand out. I also went further and customized his logo with a collage of his album artwork.
